GTPL Hathway Q2 FY27 consolidated revenue rose 19% YoY to ₹1,146 Cr, driven by ACT Digital TV acquisition in 4 states and HITS platform growth. Active digital TV subscribers hit 11 Mn; broadband subscribers at 1.07 Mn with ARPU of ₹470. However, EBITDA margin compressed to 9.6% from 11.4% YoY, and PAT slipped into a ₹0.5 Cr loss vs ₹9.3 Cr profit YoY, hit by ₹4.5 Cr one-time forex loss and ₹3 Cr additional transponder costs. Company paid 20% dividend for FY26.
Acquisition boosts revenue and subscribers, but margin pressure and forex hit weigh on short-term profitability. Watch for HITS ramp-up.
