GTPL Hathway posted Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,143 crore, up about 19% YoY, but reported a net loss of Rs 3.5 crore versus a Rs 7.4 crore profit a year ago. H1 FY26 revenue was Rs 2,158 crore with a small loss. Standalone Q2 revenue grew about 25% to Rs 798 crore. The board approved acquiring the remaining 74% in DL GTPL Cabnet for Rs 8.33 crore and completed the ACT Group cable TV business buy for Rs 35.55 crore. Auditor flagged the Rs 9,754 million DoT license fee demand as an emphasis of matter with no provision made.
Strong revenue growth offset by sharp profit decline and a loss in Q2; the large contingent DoT demand remains a major risk overhang.
