GTT Data Solutions reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 4,244.60 lakhs for Q3 FY26, sharply higher than Rs. 469.91 lakhs in Q3 FY25, largely driven by acquisitions (Itarium made wholly-owned, Alpharithm acquired 100%, CRG Solutions consolidated). Nine-month revenue rose to Rs. 10,502.49 lakhs from Rs. 1,127.79 lakhs. Despite the topline surge, the company slipped deeper into losses — Q3 PAT was Rs. -182.60 lakhs and nine-month PAT was Rs. -703.08 lakhs (vs Rs. -289.18 lakhs last year). The board also approved a Rights Issue of up to Rs. 125 Crores and a Letter of Intent from Bijoy Hans Limited worth Rs. 5 Crore for a tech platform using GTT's IP. The auditor flagged Emphasis of Matter on advances of Rs. 354 lakhs and Rs. 177 lakhs given for acquiring IP rights, and a corporate guarantee given for a subsidiary's bank loans (disclosed as contingent liability).
Revenue growth is acquisition-driven rather than organic, and losses have widened, which is a concern for shareholders. The Rs. 125 Crore Rights Issue will dilute existing holders but may fund growth and acquisitions; the contingent guarantee for a subsidiary adds off-balance-sheet risk.
