GIPCL's Q2 FY26 revenue rose 16.4 percent YoY to Rs 321.40 crore. H1 revenue grew 16.2 percent to Rs 692.92 crore. But Q2 net profit fell 38.7 percent to Rs 21.30 crore as finance costs more than doubled and depreciation rose 50 percent. H1 net profit dropped 23.2 percent to Rs 78.76 crore. H1 capex jumped to Rs 1,189 crore from Rs 458 crore last year. Statutory auditor changed during the year to K C Mehta and Co LLP.
Bottom line hit by higher finance costs and depreciation despite strong revenue growth. Heavy capex signals expansion. Auditor change mid-year is a watch point.
