GIPCL reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹369.94 crore, up about 15% year-on-year from ₹321.99 crore. However, the company posted a net loss of ₹3.20 crore in Q3, although narrower than the ₹8.24 crore loss in the same quarter last year. For the nine months ended December 2025, total income rose to ₹1,115.65 crore from ₹971.42 crore, but profit after tax fell sharply to ₹75.56 crore from ₹141.71 crore (about 47% decline), with higher depreciation and finance costs weighing on margins. The results were reviewed by new auditor K C Mehta & Co LLP, replacing the predecessor auditor who had reviewed earlier quarters of FY26. The company also noted a provision related to the implementation of four new Labour Codes effective November 2025.
Despite steady revenue growth, sharp PAT decline at the nine-month level and a return to quarterly loss may pressure the stock; the mid-year auditor change and labour code provision are additional points investors should track.
