The board approved unaudited results for the quarter and six months ended 30 September 2026. Consolidated Q2 revenue from operations fell 2.4% to Rs 1,450.73 crore, while profit after tax jumped 246.6% to Rs 131.79 crore and profit before tax rose 248.9% to Rs 177.19 crore. For the six months, profit after tax was Rs 308.92 crore versus Rs 103.48 crore. Stronger maize processing drove gains, while prior-period segment results were restated.
Strong profit growth and better maize processing may lift sentiment, but the Q2 revenue fall and weak agro processing keep performance mixed.
