Gujarat Ambuja Exports reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 1,484 cr, up 31% YoY. Nine-month revenue grew 27% to Rs 4,262 cr. However, Q3 PAT fell 8% to Rs 66 cr and 9M PAT dropped 22% to Rs 170 cr due to a Rs 4.66 cr exceptional charge for new Labour Codes and margin pressure. The board also appointed Mr. Shreyaan Manish Gupta, son of CMD, as Whole-time Director for 5 years.
Strong revenue growth but margin and profit hit by exceptional charge and cost pressures. New director signals succession planning.
