By the next day the stock moved 4.5 pts less than its Other Financial Services peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved unaudited results for September 30, 2026. Standalone profit for the September quarter was Rs 1.05 lakh versus a Rs 8.49 lakh loss a year earlier. Half-year standalone loss was Rs 6.20 lakh, while the consolidated group loss was Rs 13.03 lakh. There was no operating revenue and operating cash used was Rs 75.54 lakh. Borrowings were Rs 1,947.17 lakh, about 1.56 times standalone equity. The review was unqualified.
The quarterly turnaround helps, but no operating revenue, continuing losses, cash burn and high borrowings may weigh on stock sentiment.
