On a consolidated basis for the quarter ended 30 September 2026, revenue rose 45.5% to Rs 1,760 crore from Rs 1,210 crore a year earlier, while profit after tax rose 42.0% to Rs 240 crore from Rs 169 crore. EBITDA was Rs 473 crore, but margin narrowed to 26.9% from 29.6%. Consolidated half-year operating cash flow was Rs 738 crore. The year-ago quarter profit was restated down by Rs 10 crore after corrections at GFCL EV Products.
Revenue and profit growth plus cash flow help shareholders, but the narrower EBITDA margin and restatement may cap gains.
