On the reaction day the stock moved 8.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 8.2 pts less than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

The board approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026). Revenue from operations rose to Rs. 244.61 lakhs from Rs. 151.20 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a jump of about 62%. Profit after tax surged to Rs. 7.93 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.11) compared to Rs. 0.19 lakhs (EPS Rs. 0.00) in Q1 FY26, a sharp improvement driven by higher trading activity. The board also appointed M/s. Kamal M. Shah & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Two Independent Directors — Mr. Sumant Periwal and Mr. Anandkumar Agrawal — resigned citing completion of tenure and other professional commitments, effective 13 August 2026.
Strong sequential and year-on-year improvement in both revenue and profit is positive for shareholders, though the absolute numbers remain small. The exit of two Independent Directors leaves board committees (Audit, NRC, SRC) to be reconstituted once replacements are appointed, which investors should monitor.
