Ashtasidhhi Industries (formerly Gujarat Investa) reported standalone unaudited results for Q1 FY26-27 ended June 30, 2026. Total revenue from operations rose to ₹244.61 lakh vs ₹151.20 lakh in the same quarter last year, a jump of nearly 62% YoY driven mainly by higher trading operations. Profit before tax improved to ₹4.75 lakh from ₹0.26 lakh, while net profit for the quarter stood at ₹7.93 lakh versus ₹0.19 lakh a year ago. Basic EPS was ₹0.11 (vs ₹0.00 in Q1 FY25-26). The statutory auditor issued an unmodified limited review report with no qualifications. Separately, two Independent Directors — Sumant Periwal and Anandkumar Agrawal — resigned citing completion of tenure, and M/s. Kamal M. Shah & Co. was appointed as Internal Auditor for FY26-27.
Strong revenue growth and a swing to meaningful profitability are positive signals, though absolute earnings remain very small on a base of ₹751 lakh equity capital. Investors should note the loss of two independent directors and pending NBFC deregistration, while the board committees await reconstitution. Watch for consistency of the trading business performance in coming quarters.
