Gujarat Petrosynthese's board, meeting on February 6, 2026, approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) and the nine-month period. Revenue from operations for Q3 rose to Rs 7.29 crore from Rs 4.27 crore in the year-ago quarter, a jump of about 71%. For the nine months, revenue grew to Rs 16.58 crore from Rs 12.29 crore, up roughly 35%. Profit after tax nearly doubled, climbing to Rs 1.01 crore in Q3 (vs Rs 53 lakh) and to Rs 1.93 crore for 9M (vs Rs 96 lakh). EPS for 9M stood at Rs 3.23 versus Rs 1.61 a year earlier. The statutory auditors, Dayal and Lohia, issued an unmodified limited review report. The board also appointed independent director Mr. Phiroz Munshi as the new Chairman.
Strong topline and bottomline growth with margin expansion is positive for shareholders; small-cap status and low absolute earnings mean the stock may remain illiquid despite the sharp percentage gains. The leadership change is routine and unlikely to affect near-term sentiment.
