Gujarat Petrosynthese Limited reported strong Q3 FY26 (quarter ended Dec 31, 2025) standalone results. Revenue from operations surged about 71% year-on-year to Rs 7.29 crore from Rs 4.27 crore in Q3 FY25. Total income stood at Rs 8.06 crore versus Rs 5.04 crore. Net profit jumped around 90% YoY to Rs 1.01 crore (vs Rs 53.35 lakh), with basic EPS at Rs 1.70 against Rs 0.89. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, revenue grew roughly 35% YoY to Rs 16.58 crore, while profit after tax doubled to Rs 1.93 crore from Rs 96.28 lakh. Profit-before-tax margin expanded to about 16.3% in Q3 FY26 from 13.3% a year ago. Statutory auditors Dayal and Lohia issued an unqualified limited review report. Separately, the board appointed Mr Phiroz Munshi, a non-executive independent director, as the new Chairman.
Strong double-digit revenue growth, near-doubling of quarterly profit, and wider margins are positive signals for shareholders and could support the stock. The clean auditor opinion and governance continuity with a new independent Chairman add credibility.
