For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, Gujarat Winding Systems reported revenue of 203.40 lakhs, against nil in the year-ago quarter, and a net loss of 1.92 lakhs, compared with 2.60 lakhs. The half-year loss was 2.78 lakhs versus 31.19 lakhs, and operating cash flow was negative 7.26 lakhs. Trade receivables rose to 213.41 lakhs. No issues were highlighted in the statutory auditor's limited review.
Revenue has returned, but losses, negative operating cash flow and low cash balances keep the stock risky despite positive net worth.
