Gulf Oil Lubricants India reported audited FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 39,913.06 crore (up 12.3% YoY) and net profit of Rs. 3,509.19 crore (down 3.1% YoY). The decline was due to an exceptional charge of Rs. 226.41 crore related to new labour code obligations. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 40,560.41 crore with net profit of Rs. 3,448.49 crore. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 30 per equity share (1,500% on face value of Rs. 2), adding to the Rs. 21 interim dividend already paid in February 2026, making total dividend for the year Rs. 51 per share (2,550%). The record date for the final dividend is yet to be announced. The company continues to operate in a single segment — Lubricants.
Shareholders can expect an additional dividend payout pending AGM approval. The total annual dividend of Rs. 51 per share represents a consistent payout versus prior year, but the net profit decline and exceptional labour code charge may create mild near-term pressure on sentiment despite the healthy revenue growth.
