Gulf Oil Lubricants reported consolidated revenue of Rs 4,05,604 Lakhs for FY26, up 11.7% from Rs 3,63,116 Lakhs in FY25. However, profit after tax declined 3.5% to Rs 34,485 Lakhs from Rs 35,739 Lakhs due to an exceptional charge of Rs 2,278 Lakhs related to new labour code obligations and higher finance costs. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 30 per share, bringing total dividend for FY26 to Rs 51 per share (including Rs 21 interim dividend already paid). The statutory auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the financial results.
While revenue growth shows solid business expansion, the PAT decline and exceptional item may create some near-term pressure on sentiment. However, strong dividend payout signals management confidence and provides income support for shareholders.
