Gulf Oil Lubricants reported record Q4 FY26 with standalone revenue of Rs. 1,040 Crores, up 13.7% YoY, driven by 14% volume growth that outpaced industry by over 3x. Full-year consolidated revenue crossed Rs. 4,000 Crores milestone with 11.7% growth, while EBITDA crossed Rs. 500 Crores. However, EBITDA margins compressed by 44-61 basis points year-on-year due to elevated crude oil prices and rupee weakness in the latter part of the year. PAT declined 3-4% YoY after accounting for Rs. 22.64 Crores in new labour code provisions and the absence of Rs. 11.97 Crores one-time land sale gain from FY25. Excluding these one-time items, PBT grew 4% in FY26. The company declared a total dividend of Rs. 51 per share for FY26.
Strong topline and volume momentum offset by margin compression and PAT decline. Rising input costs remain a concern, though the company maintains pricing discipline and cost optimization. Dividend declaration provides shareholder returns despite profitability pressures.
