Gulf Oil Lubricants India reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹4,05,604 Lakhs, up 11.7% from ₹3,63,116 Lakhs in FY25. However, net profit declined 3.5% to ₹34,485 Lakhs from ₹35,739 Lakhs, impacted by an exceptional charge of ₹2,278 Lakhs related to new labour codes implementation. Standalone revenue grew 12.3% to ₹399,131 Lakhs. The company declared total dividend of ₹51 per share (₹21 interim paid in Feb + ₹30 final recommended), representing 2,550% on face value. Statutory auditors SRBC & Co. LLP issued unmodified opinions on both standalone and consolidated results.
Revenue growth shows solid business expansion, but PAT decline and exceptional items may cause near-term stock pressure. The strong dividend payout signals management confidence, which could support the stock.
