Gulf Oil Lubricants India's Board, on May 21, 2025, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, with an unmodified opinion from auditor S R B C & Co. LLP. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 8.2% YoY to Rs. 3,55,436 lakhs, while net profit grew about 17.6% to Rs. 36,225 lakhs, taking basic EPS to Rs. 73.57 (vs Rs. 62.79). Consolidated revenue grew about 10% to Rs. 3,63,116 lakhs and consolidated net profit rose about 16% to Rs. 35,739 lakhs. A final dividend of Rs. 28 per share (1400%) has been recommended, which along with the Rs. 20 interim dividend already paid takes total FY25 dividend to Rs. 48 per share (2400%). Operating cash flow remained healthy at Rs. 42,326 lakhs (standalone) and cash & equivalents grew to Rs. 1,02,237 lakhs.
Solid double-digit earnings growth backed by strong cash generation and a very generous dividend payout (Rs. 48/share on a Rs. 2 face value) is positive for shareholders and should support stock sentiment. Note that other income includes a one-time gain of Rs. 1,196.58 lakhs from sale of idle land at Silvassa, which flatters the bottom line.
