GVP Infotech posted a Q2 FY26 loss of Rs 90.29 crore versus a Rs 2.08 lakh profit YoY, driven by a Rs 90.02 crore one-time write-off from settling arbitration with Minosha India. Revenue from operations rose sharply to Rs 1.82 crore from Rs 38.93 lakh YoY. The company raised Rs 10.59 crore via a rights issue. Recovery of Rs 40 crore (RUDSICO) and Rs 7.90 crore (Linkwell) remains tied up in courts.
Large loss stems from a one-time write-off, not core operations. Revenue grew sharply, but pending recoveries of Rs 48 crore in courts remain a key risk.
