Update on the CBI search matter first disclosed in January 2026. The Court of Special Judge, CBI-1, Patna, has granted bail to four company officials (Mr. Anoop Singh, Mr. Gaurav Kushwaha, Mr. Akash Patra and Mr. Dhiraj Virmani) and anticipatory bail to Chairman and Managing Director Mr. Harendra Singh. The company said it will continue cooperating with enforcement agencies and will update exchanges on further developments.
Positive relief as executives are out of custody, but underlying CBI investigation continues to remain an overhang on the stock.
