H1 FY26 results: nil standalone revenue, swing to loss, filed 10 months late

Innovatus Entertainment Networks reported zero standalone revenue from operations for H1 FY26 (ended Sept 30, 2025) versus Rs 317.15 lakhs in H1 FY25, with a standalone loss of Rs 7.23 lakhs against a profit of Rs 8.22 lakhs. Consolidated revenue collapsed to Rs 8.89 lakhs from Rs 1,810.90 lakhs, posting a consolidated loss of Rs 16.09 lakhs. Cash from operations was negative at Rs 9.75 lakhs standalone. Results were filed on July 21, 2026, nearly 10 months after the half-year end.
