Halder Venture Limited reported strong full year FY26 results with standalone revenue of Rs. 79,786.19 lakhs, up 66% from Rs. 47,994.25 lakhs in FY25. Net profit more than doubled to Rs. 2,307.95 lakhs from Rs. 1,018.83 lakhs. Consolidated revenue was Rs. 69,212.55 lakhs with net profit of Rs. 3,190.24 lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion. An emphasis of matter was raised regarding 6.61% shares held by two subsidiaries (IBPL and PCPL) in contravention of Section 19 of Companies Act, though the company believes no financial liability will arise. During the year, the company acquired the Haldia Manufacturing Unit of K.S. Oil Limited and issued 793,650 convertible warrants at Rs. 315 per warrant.
Strong revenue and profit growth reflects operational expansion, including the new Haldia manufacturing unit acquisition. The clean audit opinion and improving financials are positive for shareholders, though the subsidiary shareholding contravention requires monitoring.
