Halder Venture has received in-principle approval from NSE and BSE for issuing up to 7,93,650 convertible warrants on a preferential basis to non-promoters. Each warrant converts into one equity share of Rs 10 face value at a price of not less than Rs 315 per share, implying a minimum total raise of about Rs 25 crore at the floor price. The issue price of Rs 315 reflects a sizeable premium over the face value. Actual allotment is subject to further regulatory compliances and post-issue listing formalities.
Preferential warrant issue to non-promoters may dilute existing shareholders on conversion, but could bring in about Rs 25 crore at floor price.
