Halder Venture posted standalone Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 18,000.60 lakhs, up about 69 percent YoY from Rs 10,671.66 lakhs. Net profit rose 43 percent to Rs 561.13 lakhs versus Rs 392.68 lakhs. Consolidated revenue was Rs 18,707.49 lakhs with PAT of Rs 346.02 lakhs. Auditor flagged concerns: old rice and rice bran oil inventory worth about Rs 6,683 lakhs carried at cost without impairment evidence, depreciation understated on Rs 142.76 lakhs old plant from K.S. Oils, and unreviewed financials of two subsidiaries and five step-down foreign subsidiaries included in consolidation.
Strong growth, but auditor flagged old inventory valuation risks, depreciation issues, and unreviewed foreign subsidiary books. Watch for write-downs.
