Company (formerly SMS Lifesciences India, renamed in Aug 2025) reported Q2 and H1 FY26 standalone results. H1 standalone revenue fell to Rs 15,689 lakh from Rs 16,507 lakh YoY, a drop of 5 percent. Standalone net profit declined 19 percent to Rs 1,014 lakh from Rs 1,247 lakh. Consolidated H1 revenue was Rs 16,387 lakh vs Rs 17,101 lakh, while consolidated PAT rose slightly to Rs 1,081 lakh from Rs 1,040 lakh. Auditor Rambabu and Co gave an unmodified limited review opinion. Related party transactions were disclosed.
Weak standalone performance with falling revenue and profit may pressure the stock, partly offset by a small rise in consolidated PAT.
