BSE imposed a fine of Rs 2,53,700 (including GST) on Hampton Sky Realty for not submitting Q1FY27 (quarter ended June 2026) financial results on time under SEBI norms. If unpaid within 10 days, promoters' demat accounts could be frozen. Company blames Enforcement Directorate search and attachment proceedings (April to July 2026) for delaying audit closure. It plans to seek waiver of fines and had already applied to SEBI in May 2026 for an extension, which remains pending.
Minor financial penalty but signals compliance issues. Promoters shares risk freezing. ED proceedings remain an overhang on operations and audit closure.
