HandsOn Global Management (formerly HOV Services) reported Q1 FY27 results. Revenue from operations fell 20.7 percent YoY to Rs 1,079.89 lakh from Rs 1,360.90 lakh. The company swung to a loss of Rs 206.27 lakh versus a profit of Rs 172.70 lakh in Q1 FY26. Loss per share was Rs 1.64 versus EPS of Rs 1.37 earlier. Other expenses rose sharply to Rs 383.47 lakh from Rs 113.16 lakh YoY. Auditor Lodha and Co issued an unmodified review report. Board also approved up to US Dollar 2 million capital infusion into HCI-LLC subsidiary in Cayman Islands.
Sustained losses with falling revenue may pressure the stock. Capital infusion signals support for overseas unit but profitability remains a key concern for shareholders.
