HGM (formerly HOV Services) reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 1,079.89 lakh, down 21% YoY from Rs 1,360.90 lakh. The company swung to a net loss of Rs 206.27 lakh versus a profit of Rs 172.70 lakh last year. Other expenses jumped to Rs 383.47 lakh from Rs 113.16 lakh. Board also approved up to US$ 2 million capital infusion into Cayman Islands subsidiary HCI-LLC. Auditor Lodha and Co issued an unmodified review report.
Sharp swing to loss with declining revenue and higher expenses points to a weak quarter; capital infusion reflects continued bet on overseas units.
