Happiest Minds reported its Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) unaudited results. Consolidated revenue from operations rose to ₹54,990 lakhs from ₹46,382 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 18.6% year-on-year. Consolidated profit after tax came in at ₹5,713 lakhs (vs ₹5,103 lakhs), with EPS of ₹3.79. Operating margin eased slightly to 17% from 18% in the year-ago quarter. On a standalone basis, revenue grew to ₹40,241 lakhs while PAT dipped to ₹4,058 lakhs from ₹4,384 lakhs. The Board also approved the merger of wholly owned subsidiary Aureustech Systems Private Limited into the company, which will not change the shareholding pattern. Additionally, Co-Chairman & CEO Joseph Anantharaju and Managing Director Venkatraman Narayanan were re-appointed for fresh five-year terms starting November 4, 2025.
Solid revenue growth with single-digit margin pressure; the in-house subsidiary merger is administrative and neutral for shareholders, while re-appointment of both top executives signals leadership continuity. Overall, a steady operational quarter with no surprises on capital structure.
