Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations rose 10% year on year to Rs 573.57 crore. Profit after tax increased 9% to Rs 54.02 crore and profit per share was Rs 3.59. Profit before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation as a share of revenue fell to about 21.0% from 22.8%. The Board declared a Rs 2.75 per share interim dividend. The auditor review was unmodified; half-year operating cash flow was Rs 123.23 crore versus Rs 136.74 crore.
Revenue and profit growth plus the dividend are positive, but margin compression and slightly lower cash flow could temper stock sentiment.
