Hariom Pipe Industries reported strong Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results with revenue from operations of Rs. 460.06 crore, up about 34% from Rs. 343.18 crore in the same quarter last year. Net profit rose to Rs. 23.61 crore from Rs. 17.51 crore, a growth of roughly 35%, and EPS stood at Rs. 7.63 versus Rs. 5.74 a year ago. The board also approved a 99-year lease of land, factory, and machinery from Ultra Pipes, a related party, and re-appointed M/s. Seshadri & Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 25-26. Mr. Ansh Golas was appointed as Whole-time Director for three years. The board proposed raising the overall borrowing limit to Rs. 2,000 crore under Section 180 of the Companies Act, and allowed its subsidiary Hariom Power and Energy to raise equity from an external investor. Statutory auditors R Kabra & Co. issued an unmodified limited review report on both standalone and consolidated results.
The strong topline and bottomline growth, combined with the proposed increase in borrowing capacity to Rs. 2,000 crore and external equity infusion into the power subsidiary, signal expansion plans. Shareholders should note the related-party lease transaction with Ultra Pipes as a key governance point to watch.
