The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY25 with an unmodified opinion from statutory auditors R Kabra & Co LLP. FY25 revenue from operations grew ~17.7% YoY to Rs. 1,35,705 lakhs (vs Rs. 1,15,319 lakhs), while net profit rose ~8.7% to Rs. 6,173 lakhs (vs Rs. 5,680 lakhs). Q4 FY25 showed stronger momentum with revenue up ~33% YoY to Rs. 39,970 lakhs and net profit up ~53% to Rs. 1,724 lakhs. A final dividend of Rs. 0.61 per share (6.1% on face value of Rs. 10) was recommended for FY25. The lease for the Ultra Pipes manufacturing facility was extended from 40 to 99 years to support long-term capacity expansion, and a wholly-owned subsidiary, Hariom Power and Energy Pvt Ltd, was incorporated to execute a 60 MW solar PV project awarded by MSEDCL under the PM-KUSUM scheme. CRISIL reaffirmed A-/A2+ ratings for bank facilities.
Strong quarterly growth in both revenue and profit is a positive signal, though full-year PAT growth was modest at ~9%, limiting margin expansion. The 6.1% dividend yield is modest, while the 99-year lease extension and solar power foray indicate strategic capacity expansion that could support future growth.
