The Board of Directors of Hariom Pipe Industries, at its May 9, 2025 meeting, approved audited standalone and consolidated results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, along with a final dividend of Rs. 0.61 per share (6.1% on face value of Rs. 10). FY25 standalone revenue from operations grew about 17.7% year-on-year to Rs. 1,35,705 lakhs, while net profit rose roughly 8.7% to Rs. 6,173 lakhs, with basic EPS of Rs. 20.25. In Q4 alone, revenue jumped about 20.8% to Rs. 39,970 lakhs, but net profit grew only about 2.8% to Rs. 1,724 lakhs and EPS dipped to Rs. 5.66 from Rs. 6.01 a year earlier. The Board also noted receipt of a 60 MW solar power Letter of Award from MSEDCL, incorporation of wholly owned subsidiary Hariom Power and Energy Pvt Ltd, extension of the Ultra Pipes lease from 40 to 99 years, appointment of new internal auditors, registered office address change, and CRISIL A-/A2+ credit ratings.
Positive for shareholders as the company declared its first noted dividend with FY25 results and signaled diversification into solar power via a new subsidiary, though weaker Q4 profit growth and a dividend yield that depends on prevailing share price temper the near-term upside. The long lease extension and new solar vertical support the long-term capacity expansion story.
