Hariom Pipe Industries reported standalone revenue of Rs. 460.06 crore for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), up about 34% from Rs. 343.18 crore in Q1 FY25. Net profit rose roughly 35% to Rs. 23.61 crore from Rs. 17.51 crore, and basic EPS climbed to Rs. 7.63 from Rs. 5.74. Profit before tax was Rs. 32.21 crore vs Rs. 22.70 crore, though total expenses also grew about 34%. Statutory auditors (R Kabra & Co. LLP) issued an unmodified limited review conclusion on both standalone and consolidated results. The board also approved increasing the borrowing limit to Rs. 2,000 crore, allowed subsidiary Hariom Power and Energy to raise external equity, appointed Mr. Ansh Golas as Executive Director for 3 years, and re-appointed the Cost Auditor. A notable 99-year lease from related party Ultra Pipes (land, factory, plant and machinery) was recognized in the books.
Strong top-line and bottom-line growth signals healthy demand and operational momentum, which is positive for shareholders. However, the higher borrowing cap (Rs. 2,000 crore) and a long-term related-party lease increase leverage and fixed obligations, which investors should monitor closely.
