Hariom Pipe Industries posted Q2 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 33,587 lakhs, up 6.9 percent YoY. H1 FY26 revenue rose 22.3 percent to Rs 79,683 lakhs versus Rs 65,163 lakhs in H1 FY25. However, Q2 net profit fell 33.9 percent YoY to Rs 1,042 lakhs, while H1 PAT was Rs 3,403 lakhs, up only 2.3 percent. Auditors R Kabra and Co LLP gave an unmodified limited review. The company also signed an MoU with Maharashtra government to set up a 1.5 MTPA integrated steel plant at Gadchiroli with an investment of about Rs 3,135 crores under the state Mega Project Policy.
Topline growth is healthy, but the sharp Q2 profit fall may worry investors; the Rs 3,135 crore Gadchiroli plant signals a major long-term capex push.
