Board approved Q1 FY27 standalone results on Aug 12, 2026. Revenue fell to Rs 42,918 lakhs (vs Rs 46,096 in Q1 FY26), about 7% YoY decline. Net profit dropped to Rs 1,736 lakhs (vs Rs 2,361), about 26% lower. EPS at Rs 5.61 vs Rs 7.63. Perundurai unit was shut by TNPCB from April to mid-July, hurting revenue and profit. Operations resumed July 13. Also appointed M/s Seshadri and Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26-27. Promoter group allotted 15 lakh convertible warrants at Rs 343 each in late July.
Weak Q1 hit by regulatory shutdown; restart of Perundurai unit and promoter warrant signal may support near term recovery.
