Hariyana Ventures Ltd submitted its 50th Annual Report for FY 2024-25 to BSE under Regulation 34(1). Revenue from operations fell sharply to Rs. 50.57 lakhs from Rs. 276.46 lakhs in the previous year, an 82% decline. The company reported a loss after tax of Rs. 32.60 lakhs, though narrower than the Rs. 85.27 lakhs loss in FY24. Profit before tax from continuing operations swung to a positive Rs. 32.48 lakhs from a negative Rs. 111.81 lakhs last year, helped by lower tax outflow. The board has not recommended any dividend. The 50th AGM is scheduled for 26th September 2025, where shareholders will also vote on appointing M/s Jaymin Modi & Co. as secretarial auditors for a five-year term.
The steep revenue drop and continued losses signal weak business activity, which is a negative for shareholders despite the smaller loss compared to last year. No dividend and ongoing losses suggest the stock may continue to see limited investor interest.
