Harsha Engineers reported Q1 FY26 consolidated revenue from operations of Rs. 36,529 lakhs, up about 6.4% YoY from Rs. 34,316 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Consolidated PAT rose to Rs. 3,793 lakhs vs Rs. 3,605 lakhs, with EPS at Rs. 4.17 vs Rs. 3.96. Standalone revenue grew ~5% YoY to Rs. 27,128 lakhs and standalone PAT rose ~11% to Rs. 4,291 lakhs. Consolidated EBITDA margin softened slightly to 18.11% from 18.38% YoY, with the Engineering & Others segment remaining the key earnings driver while Solar-EPC & O&M was marginal. The auditor (Pankaj R. Shah & Associates) issued an unmodified limited review opinion on both standalone and consolidated results.
Steady but modest revenue and profit growth with mild EBITDA margin compression keeps the quarter largely neutral for shareholders; the prior quarter's heavy impairment on the Romania subsidiary does not recur, which is a positive. Investors may watch the Solar-EPC segment, which continues to barely break even.
