The Board of Harshil Agrotech Ltd approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025. Total income fell sharply to about Rs. 758 lakhs in FY25 from around Rs. 1,302 lakhs in FY24, a drop of roughly 42% year-on-year. Full-year net profit rose to about Rs. 1,039 lakhs compared with Rs. 80 lakhs last year, though the standalone Q4 figure slipped into a loss of about Rs. 78 lakhs. Auditor S K Bhavsar & Co. issued an unmodified opinion but flagged an Emphasis of Matter on uncertainties around trade receivables, loans and advances, trade payables, investment valuations, and noted that closing inventory was not independently verified and was based on management representation. The balance sheet also reflects a major increase in paid-up equity capital, from Rs. 1,090 lakhs to Rs. 7,112 lakhs, alongside deeply negative operating cash flow of about Rs. 4,374 lakhs for the year.
Negative signal for shareholders: revenue shrank materially, Q4 standalone slipped into a loss, operating cash flow was sharply negative, and the auditor highlighted verification gaps on receivables, investments and inventory. The headline full-year PAT jump appears misleading in light of these underlying weaknesses.
