Haryana Capfin (NBFC) filed its 28th AGM notice and Annual Report for FY25-26. Revenue from operations fell to Rs 643.64 lakh from Rs 752.96 lakh in FY25. Profit before tax rose to Rs 1201.94 lakh from Rs 692.56 lakh, and profit after tax climbed to Rs 976.15 lakh from Rs 522.09 lakh, up about 87%. No dividend recommended. Statutory and secretarial audit reports have no qualifications and no related party transactions were entered. Shruti Raghav Jindal was reappointed as Whole-time Director. AGM is on 25 September 2026.
Higher profits and clean audit reports are positive, but revenue decline and zero dividend may limit near-term shareholder excitement.
