Haryana Capfin Limited, an NBFC engaged in investment and financing, reported a standalone loss of ₹6.23 lakhs in Q3 FY26 (ended Dec 31, 2025) compared to a profit of ₹23.89 lakhs in Q3 FY25, with revenue from operations dropping sharply to ₹4.88 lakhs from ₹49.72 lakhs year-on-year. For the nine-month period, revenue declined to ₹633.30 lakhs from ₹707.80 lakhs (~10.5% drop) and profit after tax fell to ₹439.97 lakhs from ₹493.76 lakhs. Other Comprehensive Income showed a large negative swing of ₹5,331.94 lakhs for 9M FY26 due to a fall in fair value of investments. The Board also designated Mr. Vijay Kaushik as Chairperson and appointed Mr. Ram Ji Nigam as an Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval. Statutory auditor ANDRA & Company issued a clean (unqualified) limited review report.
Investors should note the sharp sequential drop in Q3 profitability into a loss, driven by absence of dividend income this quarter, alongside ongoing declines in interest income and overall nine-month earnings. The large OCI loss reflects mark-to-market pressure on the investment portfolio, though this does not affect cash profits. Board-level changes are governance-related and unlikely to impact operations immediately.
