Haryana Financial Corporation has sent a Postal Ballot notice seeking shareholder approval to voluntarily delist its equity shares from BSE, its sole stock exchange. The State Government of Haryana, the promoter holding 97.28 percent of shares, plans to buy out all public shares. Public shareholders hold only 0.64 percent, about 13.19 lakh shares. Voting runs from August 28 to September 26, 2026. The firm stopped lending in 2010 and is heading towards liquidation.
Public shareholders will get an exit through a delisting offer price determined via reverse book building under SEBI rules.
