Hathway Bhawani reported consolidated Q2 FY27 total income of Rs 51.19 lakhs, down from Rs 60.18 lakhs a year ago. Net loss widened to Rs 10.10 lakhs versus Rs 1.65 lakhs in Q2 FY26. H1 FY27 swung to a small profit of Rs 1.66 lakhs from a Rs 2.35 lakhs loss. Standalone was weaker: Q2 net loss Rs 9.40 lakhs, H1 loss Rs 5.59 lakhs. Subsidiary NDS Network is now wholly owned after acquiring the remaining 49 percent stake in Q4 FY26. Pending DOT license fee demand of Rs 4,130.38 lakhs persists with no provision made.
Persistent quarterly losses and falling revenue highlight operational stress; the unresolved DOT demand of over Rs 4,130 lakhs remains a major overhang.
