Hathway's Q2 FY26-27 consolidated revenue rose 5.8% YoY to Rs. 567.51 cr; H1 revenue grew 6.1% to Rs. 1,132.61 cr. But H1 net profit fell 29.5% to Rs. 34.72 cr from Rs. 49.28 cr, as pay channel costs jumped 19.4% to Rs. 655.37 cr, squeezing margins. Standalone H1 net profit was Rs. 39.08 cr vs Rs. 40.22 cr. Company disclosed a Rs. 3,201.93 cr DoT license fee demand it is contesting, with no provision. Joint auditors gave an unmodified review.
Profit fell sharply on rising pay channel costs despite revenue growth. The Rs. 3,201.93 cr DoT demand remains a key risk overhang.
