Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results. Consolidated revenue rose 4.7% to Rs 536.67 crore but PAT fell 29% to Rs 18.25 crore; H1 revenue was Rs 1,067.17 crore and PAT Rs 49.28 crore. Standalone revenue slipped 3% to Rs 146.86 crore and PAT fell 49% to Rs 18.79 crore. A Rs 0.68 crore exceptional gain came from selling a joint venture stake. DOT demands of Rs 3,201.93 crore are disputed, with no provision made.
Profit fell despite higher sales due to lower other income and higher taxes. The Rs 3,201.93 crore DOT demand remains the main risk.
