Havells India's standalone revenue grew 19.7 percent YoY to Rs 6,510 crore in Q1 FY27, but PAT fell 15.3 percent to Rs 298 crore as raw material costs rose sharply. Basic EPS stood at Rs 4.76 versus Rs 5.62 a year ago. Cables grew 27 percent and the new Renewables segment more than tripled. However, Lloyd Consumer losses widened to Rs 51 crore from Rs 20 crore, dragging overall profitability. Operating margin contracted sharply. Price Waterhouse issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong revenue momentum offset by margin pressure and widening Lloyd Consumer losses. Mixed quarter; watch margin recovery and segment turnaround.
