On the reaction day the stock moved 3.9 pts less than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.0 pts less than its Consumer Electronics peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Havells reported Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 5,573 crores, up 14 percent year on year, and PAT of Rs 301 crores, up 6.6 percent. Nine month revenue rose 3.7 percent to Rs 15,778 crores with PAT at Rs 971 crores. The Board declared an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share and approved a new employee stock purchase scheme for shareholder approval at the next AGM. A Rs 45 crore exceptional charge was booked due to the new Labour Codes. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review report.
Steady growth and dividend payout support shareholders; ESPS scheme may cause mild future dilution.
