The Board approved audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025. Standalone FY25 revenue from operations fell to Rs. 39,475.68 lakhs from Rs. 48,985.04 lakhs (~19% decline), while standalone PAT dropped sharply to Rs. 1,409.35 lakhs from Rs. 5,487.50 lakhs. Consolidated FY25 revenue rose to Rs. 63,768.00 lakhs but PAT fell to Rs. 3,997.59 lakhs. A final dividend of Re. 0.20 per share (20%) was recommended, subject to AGM approval. The Board also approved a proposal to list on the NSE Main Board and re-appointed N. Ritesh & Associates as Cost Auditor for FY26. Independent Director Mr. Robert Jonathan Moses resigned, triggering reconstitution of the Nomination & Remuneration and CSR committees. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at Rs. (4,946.12) lakhs versus positive Rs. 6,961.45 lakhs last year.
Mixed signals for shareholders — revenue and profits declined sharply on a standalone basis despite a strong Q4, and operating cash flow turned deeply negative, while the proposed NSE Main Board migration and 20% dividend are positive governance/liquidity signals. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion, providing some comfort on disclosure quality.
