Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Board approved forfeiture of 24,82,226 unexercised convertible warrants from a June 2024 preferential issue priced at Rs 300 per warrant. Upfront payments of about Rs 1.86 crore (25 percent of issue price) have been forfeited from 35 allottees. Of the original 1.25 crore warrants, 1.01 crore were already exercised and converted to equity. No change in paid-up capital as no new shares were issued from the lapsed warrants.
About Rs 1.86 crore forfeited goes to company reserves; no fresh equity issued from lapsed warrants, so no dilution from this tranche.
